General Terms and Conditions

 

No order cancellation or amendment is allowed once online payment is completed.

All online payment are non-refundable.

Order must be placed 3 days in advance with daily cut off time at 2p.m; orders made after 2p.m. will be considered as orders made on the following day.

 

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a notification email.

 

Order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or phone call from us.

 

All orders and packaging are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

 

Please present the confirmation email at the time of collecting the products.

Orders are not exchangeable to other products, services or gift vouchers.

 

Orders are non-refundable and are not for re-sales or other commercial purposes.

 

Invoice will be void should customer fail to pick up the ordered goods within the agreed period. Payment will not be refunded.

 

Online orders are not valid with other promotions, gift vouchers, offers and discounts.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Delivery service is available for online orders only.

 

Delivery service is available at a charge per location, from Monday to Friday (between 11:30a.m. to 1:30p.m. and 3:00p.m. to 5:30p.m.) and Saturday (between 11:30a.m. to 1:30p.m.), except Sunday & Public Holidays.

 

Delivery service is not available to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Sai Kung, Park Island, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands, Hong Kong International Airport and Restricted Areas.

 

If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.

 

Additional charge of HK$80/bag for third bag onwards.

 

Parking fee is chargeable, it will be collected in cash by driver upon delivery.

 

Delivery will be suspended if black rain signal, typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted.

 

Delivery service is subject to the order date and availability, please place your order as soon as possible to ensure an ideal delivery schedule is arranged.

 

The Grand Buffet is not liable to any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.

 

Recipient must be available to receive upon delivery during the agreed time else the order will be sent back to shop, subsequent attempt / request to deliver is fully chargeable.

 

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

 

All product prices listed are in HK dollars. Prices are for take away only.

Online payment is made exclusively by payment gateway paypal. The client accepts that his/her account is debited for the total amount due at the time of the order.

Products produced by Food Factory License (License No: 2991804120) issued by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

The shop reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured on line at any time.

Any texts, remarks, structure, illustrations and images reproduced on the website are controlled and regulated by copyright as well as by intellectual property throughout the whole world. Any reproduction of the website, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
